Foundation For Education To Improve Family Planning

The Foundation aims at educating preadolescent underprivileged youngsters, in the field of family planning and health, with particular reference to the societal and environmental consequences of population growth and poverty.

The Foundation is a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) according to UK law, governed by four Trustees: Désiré Collen, Kevin Burnand, Daghni Rajashingam and Andrew Edge. The Foundation is incorporated for an indefinite period of time.

On October 26, 2020 HM Revenue & Customs recognized FEFP as a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) for tax purposes in line with Paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 Finance Act 2010.

HMRC Certificate of Residence April 20, 2021

On April 20, 2021 HM Revenue & Customs certified that FEFP is resident in the UK in accordance with Article 4 of the Convention in force between the UK and Belgium.
